Alongside intensive individual work, your partner (if she chooses) receives separate education and support, so her safety and reality remain central while you learn new relational skills. Across twelve months, you’ll engage in guided learning, private coaching, and structured feedback designed to help you: Understand how coercive control, entitlement, and justification sustain harm. Build emotional literacy, empathy, and self-regulation. Develop a sustainable framework for respect and mutual safety. Together, we break down the incident, the pattern underneath it and the beliefs driving it. You’ll receive clear guidance on how to interrupt controlling behavior, reduce escalation, take responsibility without self-pity and respond to your partner in ways that create safety instead of pressure.
