Restoring safety and self-trust after relationship abuse

Rebuild the life that finally feels like yours

Through education, guided coaching, and community support, you’ll learn to identify the patterns, reclaim your agency, and restore the stability that abuse eroded.

You’ve held everything together long enough

Now it's time for a life that’s steady, safe and your own.

You’ve tried therapy, read the books and set boundaries that were later used against you. You’ve been told you’re too emotional, too forgiving, too much, too little — everything except right.

We help you name what’s really been happening — not through labels or blame, but through language, frameworks, and grounded support that help you see the pattern clearly and walk your way through it, whether you stay or go.
You’ll learn what healthy love looks like, how your nervous system responds to chronic fear and how to rebuild the kind of safety that comes from self-trust.

Ways to Work With Us

Free Community Hub

Education, connection, and continued learning

Our free online community brings together women rebuilding after relationship trauma. Inside, you’ll find educational content, open discussions and Q&A threads that reinforce what you’re learning in groups or 1:1 sessions. It’s a moderated, private environment to keep learning at your own pace and connect with others who understand the nuances of coercive control.

Weekly drop-in sessions

$125 USD per month

Real-time support when you need it most

Our 2x (twice) weekly drop-in sessions are open spaces to come as you are — to talk through a new incident, process a trigger or simply sit and listen. Each gathering is led by a abuse-trained coach who understands the disorientation and urgency that come with coercive control and relationship trauma. You can ask for direct guidance, receive spot-coaching on something you’re facing right now or observe quietly until the fog settles. Whether you share, cry, or just need to hear other voices that “get it,” this space helps you regulate, re-center, and remember that you’re not alone in the aftermath.

The Society of Dignity

$75 USD per month

Structured, long-term recovery and identity reconstruction

Our immersive program is for women ready to move beyond understanding abuse into reconstructing life, purpose and dignity. You’ll participate in guided lessons, small-group discussions and reflection work that strengthen decision-making and restore your sense of agency.

Private 1:1 sessions

$140 USD

Focused support for complex or ongoing situations

Private sessions provide confidential, individualized guidance for women navigating high-risk separation, post-separation abuse or deep identity repair. Together, we clarify what’s happening, develop practical safety and communication strategies and create a plan for long-term emotional recovery. Each session is grounded in response-based practice and tailored to your lived reality.
