This is for you if you...
- Completed The Rehab Year and did the individual work honestly.
- Know the behavior has changed but the partnership hasn’t caught up yet.
- Want to learn what being an ally to her actually looks like, day to day.
- Are ready to practice showing up, not just prove you’ve stopped showing up wrong.
This isn't for you if you...
- Haven’t done the individual work yet — The Rehab Year comes first.
- Expect her healing to be automatic now that you’ve changed.
- Want credit for what you stopped doing instead of what you’re starting.
- Think the work ends where the individual program did.
How to be the ally

You’ve already done the harder, more painful work. This is where it becomes real to her — in the daily, ordinary moments where she gets to feel you actually with her.
The Relationship Reset gives you 30 days to turn personal change into partnership she can feel.
